*All postage rates are calculated via shipping Zones and the weight of each item ... postage is automatically combined for purchases of more than one item! Postage costs will be displayed for your order at the start of checkout process.

UK Delivery

For UK deliveries (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) we use either Royal Mail First Class delivery or Parcel Force 48hr delivery service which is trackable online and a signature will be required upon delivery- a tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch of your order.

Recorded Delivery: For peace of mind we offer this additional service to you at set cost of 75p. This option is available on the check out page for First Class postings, please tick the box should you require it.

International Delivery ... ALL international orders are sent by INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR or PARCEL FORCE WORLDWIDE depending upon the weight and a signature will be required for ALL deliveries. . Shipping rates will be automatically calculated when you place your order.

EU and rest of Europe: for packages OVER 2000g we use International Euro 48hr or International Scheduled depending upon distination. (Please note 48hr delivery is from DATE of dispatch - during busy times this is normally within 3/5 days) - a signature required upon delivery and a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you are at all concerned over our international postage rates please contact us BEFORE ordering.

If for some reason your parcel fails to arrive you should contact us and we will investigate this for you.

PLEASE NOTE .. MAGICKROSE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOCAL TAXES/DUTIES THAT MAY BE PAYABLE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order. Cancellation must be made within 7 working days from receipt of goods and starting the day AFTER your goods are received. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We do ask that you contact us first to let us know prior to returning your goods.

Please label ALL return parcels with correct address. Please note we cannot be held responsible for breakages and suggest that recorded delivery is used. Once received we will then refund your payment within 30 days less the cost of postage.
